SQL Server Recovery
To recover a MS SQL image file, please follow these steps.
- Switch to Recovery page.
- Select the original database which you create the image for in the list panel on the left hand.
- Specify an image to recover, if the image file is located on a tape, you just need to tick the radio button of Tape drive, and select the tape in the drop-down list.
- In Select recovery mode section, you can recover the database in the image file to an existed database, which will apparently cause the target database overwritten. Or recover to a new database by specifying a database name and location.
- Tick the option Continue if error, our product will automatically skip all media errors in the process.
Click Proceed to implement the operation.
