A: First, uninstall EaseUS Todo Backup, you can download the remove tool to clear all the information related to EaseUS Todo Backup.

Reboot, close anti-virus program and firewall, then install EaseUS Todo Backup again.

If you still cannot install EaseUS Todo Backup successfully, please compress the two files: 'easeus.log' and 'TbLogsysClient.tblog', and send them to support@todo-backup.com. You can find them under the 'bin' folder in the installation directory of EaseUS Todo Backup. We will analyze and try to figure out the problem.
