FAQ

Q: Why does the software indicate "insufficient space" in the backup process?

A:

1. It may appear if you appoint a partition smaller than the partition you need to backup as the temporary directory. Please select a larger partition as the temporary directory (Temporary file path in Option).

2. It may appear if you backup a partition by sector-by-sector. However, the capacity of all the other partitions is smaller than the partition. Please insert a new disk and select a larger partition as the temporary directory (Temporary file path in Option).
