The best way to recover from data loss is to backup your computer and store the backup image file in a physically separate location. One day, you just need one click to recover the image to get back whatever you want.
If you have previously imaged your partition/disk with EaseUS Todo Backup, there are five cases when you want to restore backup image as below:
Case 1: Restore system by bootable CD.
Tips: EaseUS Todo Backup Free provides both Linux and WinPE based bootable disk to restore system.
Case 2: Restore system with Pre-OS.
Case 3: Recover to dissimilar hardware.
Case 4: Restore partition(s) on one disk.
Case 5: Restore hard disk.
1. Launch EaseUS Todo Backup, click Disk and partition recovery.
2. Select a backup task from the list to restore (you can identify it by Name and Created time). Or locate backup image manually by clicking Browse button.

3. Select the image file version you want restore. The Created time can help you find the time point you want to restore.

4. Select system partition to restore.

5. Select destination location to restore. You cannot modify the size of restored partitions if you choose Sector by sector recovery.

6. Preview the disk layout after recovery.

7. Confirm information that you want to restore, click Proceed button.

8. Click Reboot, EaseUS Todo Backup will enter Pre-OS recovery environment to restore system.
1. launch EaseUS Todo Backup, click Disk and partition recovery.
2. Select a backup task to restore (you can identify it by Name and Created time). Or click Browse to locate image manually.
3. Select the image file version you want to restore. The Created time can help you find the time point you want to restore.
4. Select partition(s) you want to restore.

5. Follow the wizard to finish recovery.

4. Select the hard disk you want to restore.
