Manage backup plan/task with EaseUS Todo Backup

Backup management is designed to help you strengthen the centralized management of your numerous backup image files. You can:

  • Create new file backup, disk/partition backup and system backup.
  • View backup details, including created time, backup type, image file location and status of backup task.
  • Choose a backup to recover.
  • Update backup when major changes have been made to your content, supporting incremental backup and differential backup.
  • Delete backup files which you don't need any more.
  • Create a backup plan when you think it's necessary.
  • Modify backup settings.
  • Convert image format into .vhd or .vmdk format.

How to edit backup task/plan with EaseUS Todo Backup?

1. Launch EaseUS Todo Backup and click Management.

2. Choose one backup plan and click Advanced, select Edit plan.

3. Edit the backup and then click OK to save.

4. After you modify the backup plan/task, if you want to backup the image, please click Backup to choose full backup, incremental backup or differential backup.

How to update backup with EaseUS Todo Backup?

1. Launch EaseUS Todo Backup and click Management.

2. Choose one backup plan and click Backup.

Double click Update

3. Choose Full backup, Differential backup, Incremental backup in accordance with specific conditions.

How to delete backup with EaseUS Todo Backup?

1. Launch EaseUS Todo Backup and click Management.

2. Choose one backup plan, click Advanced and then select Delete backup.

3. Select the image file you want to delete, you can also tick Delete plan to delete this plan.

How to convert image format with EaseUS Todo Backup?

EaseUS Todo Backup can convert a pbd image created by EaseUS Todo Backup into virtual disk format. But it can only convert disk or partition image format.

1. Launch EaseUS Todo Backup and click Management.

2. Choose one backup plan, click Advanced and then select Convert image.

3. Select backup time point to convert. Enter name and then select the format type: VMware or Virtual PC. Click Browse to modify the location to save image file.

4. Click Proceed.

Note: EaseUS Todo Backup Free and Home doesn't support the function to convert image.
