There are two reasons for computer users to image their system state. One is that most computer users have learned the importance of system backup after the experience of system crash or failure. To restore the system state to other computers after you make a backup with EASEUS Todo Backup, you need to create a bootable CD and burn the backup images to another CD/DVD.
Since you may not see the drive letters with the bootable CD. If you are not sure about the partitions, we suggest you assign a partition label to each partition before restoring system partition from bootable CD/DVD.
1. Boot from EASEUS Todo Backup and choose the right screen resolution. If the computer restarted after you choose a screen resolution. Please try other one.
2. After launch EASEUS Todo Backup, please insert the CD with the backup image archive.
3. Click "Restore" in central place or "Operation" -> "Restore" from menu bar to run "Restore Data Wizard".
4. In this step, you need to select the backup image you want to restore. Once you select an image, our product will show the comments and partition(s) contained in this backup image. Click "Next".
Note: If there is a password protection when creating this image, you need to input the password firstly.
5. Select the partition of the image system partitions or disk you want to restore. To ensure the system can boot successfully, please make sure that MBR and Track 0 is selected. Click "Next".
6. Choose a target disk to restore system.
Note: If you restore system to a partition, all the data on the this partition will be destroyed and cannot be recovered.
7. The operation is listed. You may check again whether the operation is correct or not, click "Proceed" to perform restore or "Cancel" to give up this restore system operation.
8. After all these steps, you will successfully image your operation system to other computers. Please take out the bootable CD from CD-ROM and reboot.
